Note: 

• The aforementioned management fees are annualized
• Our fees are charged at the end of each quarter. Ex. if our fee is 1% then we will charge 0.25% of the AUM as of the last day of the quarter
• Our fees are prorated. Ex. if you start on Nov 1st with us then you will be charged only for the month of Nov & Dec for that year
• The AUM requirement is consolidated. Ex. You can have multiple accounts with us, one with 150K and another with 100K and you still qualify for the 250K tier! (This applies per household)
