The fees are charged on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you bring in $100K on Apr 1, you will be charged AUM fees commensurate from that month only. Example, in this case the fee would be $753 (1000 x 275/365)

We will help you setup a Brokerage account that will act as the Custodian for your assets. You will still have the full control and grant us the authorization to manage the portfolio on your behalf

Great question. Yes we work with Interactive Brokers (IBKR) to facilitate this. We will open a brokerage account with IBKR for you. You can transfer funds into this account in USD. Note: IBKR does not offer currency conversion services. You will have to give wire instructions to your bank. The Bank will convert from INR to USD at the prevailing exchange rate and then wire to your IBKR account. Once we have the funds, we can start trading in US securities. Lastly, please note that you have full control of this account just like any other bank account. You will be able to withdraw/deposit funds at your own discretion. The funds remain in your account and we have the discretion to trade securities on your behalf.  We charge a nominal fee to manage your portfolio. Please click here for our fee structure.
